Position Open until filled Position Summary The City of Craig is hiring a Utility Clerk to support accurate utility billing and responsive customer service for our community. This entry-level, onsite, full-time role helps ensure accounts are maintained correctly and payments are processed on time. Key responsibilities include: Receive and post payments; balance daily cash/receipts Set up, update, and maintain utility accounts and related records Respond to customer questions in person, by phone, and in writing Prepare routine billing notices, reports, and correspondence Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies Required qualifications/skills: High school diploma or equivalent Basic math, attention to detail, and strong data-entry accuracy Professional communication and customer-service skills Proficiency with standard office software; ability to learn billing systems Apply to be considered for the Utility Clerk role.
