Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation nursing care within a facility dedicated to post-acute recovery. Ensure patients receive personalized, high-quality care aligned with their individual rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' clinical conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
  
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments following prescribed protocols.
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and functional improvements.
  
• Document patient progress accurately in the Meditech system and adhere to facility policies.
  
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations, ensuring safety and comfort.
  
• Comply with all regulatory standards, including CARF and Joint Commission certifications.
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in acute rehabilitation environments.
  
• Possess current BLS certification and necessary state licensure.
  
• Show ability to work independently and as part of a team on all shifts.
  
• Experience with IV pumps, specialty beds, and lift/transfer equipment preferred.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
