Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses for impact. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing an MBA in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
