Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care settings
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
Assist with daily living activities and personal care of residents
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine
Previous experience in long-term care preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
