Member Services Specialist
Summit Credit Union
Summit Credit Union in Hickory, NC is seeking a member service representative to handle inbound calls and some outbound outreach, assisting members with transactions, loans, and new accounts. You will process loan applications, answer inquiries, and promote Credit Union products to encourage additional services. You will maintain high service standards, adhere to policies, and support cross-selling while meeting quality and performance metrics in a fast-paced call center environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Summit Credit Union
