Requirements:
- Management/Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory role.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years in Excavating, Wet Utilities, or Mass Grading.
- In-depth Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects comprehensively, ensuring excellence from start to finish.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
- Utilize your expertise to review and interpret schematics and blueprints, guiding construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and promptly address concerns.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts or challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus.
