Founding Technical RecruiterParaform is disrupting how companies hire — and we're looking for someone to help us hire the best people to do it. We're looking for an experienced, high-powered Founding Technical Recruiter who lives and breathes talent and is an expert working with early stage and high growth startups. You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join the Paraform team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as we rapidly scale.Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functionsTalent Strategy: Work with the founders and hiring managers to set our talent bar, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer brandingTalent Operations: Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools (including Paraform!), and continuously improve our hiring processes and structuresPeople Ops: Have the option to own HR/People Ops in the interim on an as-needed basisPromote Paraform: Serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission — you should be able to speak credibly about our product, our market, and why the best candidates should want to work here3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, ideally with time spent in-house at a high-growth startupProven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive marketDeep sourcing chops — you're not waiting on inbound; you know how to find people and get them interestedHigh ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbookBuilder mindset — excited to create process and structure where there isn't anyFamiliarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)About ParaformParaform is a marketplace modernizing one of the largest and most fragmented markets in the world: hiring.
