About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Project Finance to take a leadership role in a high-visibility team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning credit analysis and opinions across a diverse portfolio of project and infrastructure finance transactions, with a focus on power, energy, and digital infrastructure. This role involves serving as the lead on various financings, performing in-depth financial analysis, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to make full lifecycle credit decisions. The SVP will also be expected to mentor and coach junior team members, and contribute to the development of the team's technical skills. Applicants for the SVP position should have a minimum of 10 years' of financial analysis experience, with a specific focus on credit within project finance. Technical expertise in structured finance, credit monitoring, risk, financial modeling, and credit decisioning is essential. The role requires a strong knowledge of the power sector, infrastructure, and financial markets, as well as skills in corporate finance and financial statement analysis. Managerial experience is also desirable, as the SVP will be expected to mentor and lead a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will be a senior credit professional with a proven track record in the industry and the ability to work directly with senior leadership to shape sector methodology.
