About the team: The Walmart Marketplace Health & Wellness team develops an integrated ecosystem to enhance customer access to healthcare and optimize health benefits. This team leads strategy and growth across Directed Spend, Optical, and Telehealth pillars, focusing on expanding digital health access and benefit utilization. They manage key partnerships, drive product adoption, and scale new growth platforms. The team collaborates cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging strong business planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills to support Walmart’s mission of providing accessible, valuable health and wellness services to customers.
