Part-Time Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper Pay: $36.00/hr

Location: Mokena, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper for our real estate client to start immediately at $36/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Accurately record daily income, expenses, and purchases into the company's accounting software
Perform bank reconciliations by comparing internal records with bank and credit card statements
Process vendor bills, track payment due dates, and prepare outgoing payments (Accounts Payable)
Generate tenant/client invoices and follow up on overdue payments (Accounts Receivable)
Create financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets
Assist with answering phones, handling tenant work orders, and other office duties

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with transaction logging and account reconciliation
High School diploma required; Associate's degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred
Proficiency with Propertyware (essential), QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, accrual and cash accounting, and basic tax principles

Skills:

Bookkeeping software expertise: Propertyware, QuickBooks, Sage
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
