Responsibilities

- Maintain and service assigned equipment according to strict maintenance programs and reliability-centered strategies
- Accurately record materials, labor costs, and maintenance activities in business systems for effective asset tracking
- Comply with all product line and safety standards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset turnaround, reduce downtime, and boost productivity
- Support investigations into equipment failures and participate in solution-focused improvement plans
- Assist with cost-saving projects, such as planned repair and reuse of parts
- Foster a culture of efficiency and collaborate closely with Maintenance Technicians

Required Skills and Experience

- Basic understanding of electronic equipment maintenance and repair procedures
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural compliance
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a readiness to embrace continuous improvement
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed (1st shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
