About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Success Trainees. This remote, 1099 independent contractor position offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential . You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to help clients succeed-no previous sales or insurance experience required. What You'll Do

- Work with warm leads who have requested information about our services
- Conduct virtual or phone consultations to learn about client needs
- Recommend tailored solutions and explain their benefits
- Guide clients through the application process
- Maintain client records and track progress in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- 100% remote work with a flexible schedule
