Edison Equity Residential develops, owns, and operates 55+ active adult and Concierge Communities across Texas. We are launching the brand Serenova Concierge Communities — Simplify Your Life, Amplify Your Living. Our first community, Serenova at Woodforest, will be in Montgomery, TX: a new 165-unit 55+ community made up of apartment homes and villas built around concierge service, hospitality, and an active, connected resident lifestyle. Role Description We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Director to lead its lease-up. This is a closer's role — own the funnel, build a referral network, and fill a brand-new community. Day-to-day, you will Own the full sales funnel — leads, tours, deposits, and move-ins — in WelcomeHome CRM, hitting weekly and monthly KPI targets. Build a referral network of healthcare providers, financial advisors, and community partners that produces qualified leads consistently. Plan and execute a rolling 90‑day marketing and events calendar — every dollar tied to tracked ROI and conversions. Deliver high-impact tours that uncover prospect motivations and close deposits with confidence — in person, by phone, and virtually. Partner with operations to convert depositors into residents with a flawless move-in experience. Qualifications Proven closer with 5+ years of consultative sales experience with documented results (senior living, luxury hospitality, healthcare, or real estate preferred). Proven CRM mastery and disciplined pipeline management; WelcomeHome a plus. Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills — you ask for the business. Polished, hospitality-driven presence with high self-accountability. Bachelor’s degree and/or lease-up / new-community opening experience preferred. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary : $70,000-$85,000,+ uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential. Lease-up incentive bonuses. 401(k) Paid time off and holidays.
