Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure timely and accurate resolutions Intake customer orders and ensure accurate processing from start to finish Provide knowledgeable support regarding products, services, policies, and account information Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to elevate issues, resolve problems, and improve customer experience Process returns and account updates accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed Uphold company standards for service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree, preferred but not required Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite in Nashville 5 days per week Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing systems High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
