Engineering Manager

Avero

Ossian, IN

Our customer is looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to join their team. This person will be leading a team of about 7 people to create automated machinery - it's a well-established, long tenured team of both mechanical and electrical engineers. This person should have a very strong mechanical background and not only be able to lead the team/projects but jump in to help with the engineering work - design, calculations etc.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, wants to be able to be creative, help implement systems and overall enjoys leading and mentoring others. They offer a competitive salary range plus bonus and full benefits.
