As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, providing exceptional support from setup to breakdown. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse teams, and engaging with event attendees. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues including furniture, equipment, and signage. Greet and assist event attendees, providing information and directions as needed. Manage guest lists and check-in processes to ensure smooth entry and accurate attendance tracking. Monitor event areas to maintain safety and security in compliance with established protocols. Support event coordinators with various tasks such as distributing materials and managing supplies. Qualifications Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods during events. Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
