Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: 100 Nagog Park Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shift: Friday to Sunday 6am – 6:30pm
Pay Rate: $24.29/hr on W2.
Job Summary:
Seeking a Receiver/Warehouse Operator to support material receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations at a medical device manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will accurately receive, inspect, store, and track materials while following FDA, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Enter and maintain inventory transactions in SAP ERP.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
- Organize and label materials in designated storage areas.
- Stage materials for quality inspection and support internal material requests.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate documentation.
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred (training and certification required).
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods.
