Job Summary: Technical build, test, and process of Teledyne Ranger HDC-MR camera systems in support of all phases of production. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Perform system level functional and optical performance testing and troubleshooting on a variety of challenging surveillance/defense sub-assemblies and finished end-product camera systems. Test camera systems and critical sub-assembly components in accordance to manufacturing test specifications, (test instructions, test data sheets, functional ATP's, optical alignment performance criteria and system discrepancy reporting). Interface with production team and technical support staff to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency while actively participating in day-to-day manufacturing goals. Inspect and verify all daily work to ensure it is performed accurately and efficiently, according to all quality performance specifications. Interface with technical team to ensure all manufacturing test methods are standardized and documented to the latest versions. Support the maintenance of test fixtures and test equipment. As directed, provide support in test process improvement projects. Job Qualifications: AS degree in electronics or technical equivalent with 3+ years related technical experience within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Technical versatility: electrical, mechanical, optical alignment testing, IR testing experience a plus. Troubleshooting skills and proficiency with set up and usage of test and alignment equipment. Proficiency in use of windows-based Office applications, optical test SFW and MES SFW for accessing digital work instructions, test data collection, traceability, reporting and communication. Practical problem-solving skills. Attention to technical details. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Collaboration, teamwork, and ability to contribute independently. Salary Range: $44,500.00-$59,300.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
