HVAC Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects throughout the Greater Columbus region. We are looking for a true all-rounder with strong experience managing HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a well-rounded background across both piping and sheet metal systems. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical projects throughout the Greater Columbus area Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, engineers, and suppliers Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules Manage procurement, RFIs, change orders, budgets, and project documentation Conduct site visits and support field operations as required Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction Strong mechanical background with experience across both piping and sheet metal Experience delivering projects in the Columbus market preferred Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and fast-paced environments Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and project controls PTO and sick days 401(k) Health insurance Long-term career progression Apply today for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
