Client Portfolio Manager, Content The Client Portfolio Manager, Content collaborates with CPM teammates to write, review, and edit a range of Nuveen thought leadership and other investment-related content in support of Nuveen’s sales/distribution efforts and other business priorities. The role ensures editorial quality, consistency of messaging, and maintenance of Nuveen brand guidelines in line with the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities And Duties Write, edit, and review content such as weekly economic, market, and asset‑class pieces, monthly performance commentaries for Nuveen equity, fixed‑income, and real‑assets funds, quarterly performance commentaries for mutual funds, closed‑end funds, SMAs, and variable annuity accounts, and quarterly asset‑class reviews and outlooks. Develop white papers, including evergreen subjects and ad‑hoc economic, market, asset‑class, and investment‑strategy themes. Produce internal‑use materials such as weekly market updates or talking points for client‑facing partners. Provide editorial support to the Nuveen CIO’s social media and Global Investment Committee content. Coordinate with Marketing and Compliance via the AdMaster submission review platform to ensure successful content outcomes. Perform editorial, logistical, and project support tasks such as research and CPM layout. Educational Requirements University degree preferred. Work Experience 3+ years required; 5+ years preferred. FINRA Registrations Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Physical Requirements Sedentary work. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years in a writing and editing role at an asset manager or other investment/financial services firm. FINRA Series 7 & 63 or ability to obtain within 6 months. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in a writing and editing role within an asset manager. Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Demonstrated ability and comfort level working with high‑level investment professionals and senior executive management. Compensation Base Pay Range: $129,000/yr – $160,000/yr. Compensation may vary based on experience, role, and internal peers. Additional incentives may be available through incentive programs tied to performance.
