Assistant Portfolio Manager

Your Role The Assistant Portfolio Manager supports the Portfolio Director in the day‑to‑day operation of a single‑family home rental portfolio, managing financials, ensuring resident policy compliance, and delivering high‑quality customer service. Assist in managing a portfolio of single‑family residential homes in accordance with company objectives, metrics, and policies. Help maintain occupancy levels, ensure positive resident relations, and comply with all reporting requirements. Provide exceptional customer service during resident move‑in/move‑out and respond to requests promptly. Monitor and work through all applicable reports and tasks. Manage accounts receivable processes: daily deposits, reconciliation, and collections. Handle resident and property related issues and document them in the property management system. Maintain electronic records, including lease files, and ensure quality control of file storage in the proprietary database. Qualifications Proven administrative experience in Property Management or a related field. Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and access to own motor vehicle. Working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
