Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time. Regularly assist and interact customers in a helpful and safe manner;Work together with fellow associates without discriminating, bullying, or engaging in physical altercations; ANDAct with integrity in and around, and with the safe handling of, valuable merchandise, cash, and the sensitive financial or personal information of customers.
