Bark Barbecue is opening a second 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick) and is seeking hospitality professionals to join our opening team.

This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.

Position: Kitchen Staff

Bark is hiring kitchen staff across multiple areas of our operation, including line cooks, prep cooks, meat preparation, smoker room support, and dishwashing. Whether you are an experienced cook or looking to grow your skills in a professional kitchen, we are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous kitchen, food production, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
• Interest in barbecue, cooking, food preparation, or hospitality is a plus
