Bilingual Medical Assistant / Front Office - Primary Care (Span&Eng)

Location: Riverside, CA

Raincross Medical Group is seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Assistant and/or Front Office team member to support a new Primary Care Physician in our Riverside clinic.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice from the ground up. Patient volume will be lower initially, with steady growth expected. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and eager to grow into a leadership role as the practice expands.

Responsibilities may include:

• Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and assisting the physician with patient care

• Preparing exam rooms and maintaining clinical supplies

• Front office duties including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones

• Verifying insurance and assisting with patient coordination

• Providing excellent customer service to patients

• Supporting clinic workflow and helping build efficient processes

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

• Medical Assistant experience or Front Office experience in a medical setting preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Leadership qualities and willingness to grow with the practice

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
