HVAC Senior Service Technician- Custom Homes in Newark

HVAC SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN Location: Newark, DE. This is a full‑time position offering a competitive wage based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Responsibilities include providing HVAC services such as repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The technician performs troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment startups while following safety and installation procedures. They communicate with customers, dispatchers, and managers to set expectations, address job challenges, ensure material availability, and maintain high customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Eight or more years of experience in construction and HVAC services. Complete understanding of HVAC trades and tasks. High school diploma, GED, or higher education/apprenticeship. EPA 608 certification. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening. WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
