Conversion Specialists organize the conversion of properties from one owner to another with the properties utility providers. You will need to have strong communication and organization skills as you work with our clients to gather information and then work with the utility providers to complete transfer smoothly.

Conversion Specialists are responsible for:

• Contacting clients and account managers to get necessary information
• Coordinating with utility providers to gather bill information and schedule utility transfers
• Inputting account information into the Conservice database
• Helping clients understand our utility payment process
• Acting as the point of contact for varying tasks across several properties

Qualifications & preferred skills include:

• Ability to independently solve problems using the resources and tools provided
• Attention to detail
• Remaining positive and composed during stressful situations
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Managing and prioritizing workload to hit performance goals
