(CBI) offers integrated behavioral healthcare throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, and crisis services for individuals experiencing opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is part of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians, registered nurses, and behavioral health medical providers to ensure a safe environment and quality care. The BHC completes assessments and develops service plans for all admitted individuals, documents services, coordinates discharges, and works with families or other significant others. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field; Master’s degree preferred. Preferred licensure at associate level in Arizona (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor). 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations (preferred).
