Job Description:

We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support a client-facing digital platforms team. This role centers on organizing requests, coordinating work across teams and vendors, and ensuring a client receives timely answers and support.

The team manages digital experiences that include a website, email and text communications, and a customer payment portal. While some work touches marketing content and communications, this is primarily a project coordination and client support role, rather than a campaign creation position.

What you'll do

• Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for client requests and questions.
• Track requests, follow up with internal teams and vendors, and keep work moving to completion.
• Research questions in relevant systems and bring together the information needed to respond to the client.
• Coordinate updates and changes across customer-facing digital platforms.
• Maintain clear, timely communication so the client knows where requests stand.
• Load content into a content management system after training and assist with occasional content-related tasks.
• Use Asana and other team tools to organize work, priorities, and follow-ups.

What we're looking for

• Experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a similar role involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-service mindset.
• Comfort learning new technology and working in systems to investigate questions and resolve issues.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, internal partners, and external vendors.
• Availability to work onsite in Deerfield Beach three days per week.

Helpful experience

• Asana or another project management tool.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Content management systems or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Coordination work within a marketing, digital, or communications team.
