We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contribution Accounting Specialist to join a fast‑paced and collaborative Benefits Administration team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employer and employee contributions , including 401(k) and related benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile employer and employee contributions , including 401(k) activity
- Maintain and monitor payroll contribution logs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform account and payroll reconciliations , identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and review payroll documentation and supporting schedules
- Track contract updates and adjust prior postings as needed
- Maintain audit documentation and support ongoing reporting and funding activities
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of accounting or related experience
- Experience with payroll, contributions, or financial data processing strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
