Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in technology, program management, or enterprise consulting. Experience designing and facilitating executive demos, hackathons, or high-touch technical enablement sessions for C-level executives and senior stakeholders. Experience driving customer satisfaction and program adoption. Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 51 lbs. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time. Preferred qualifications MBA or Master's degree in a technology or business-related field. 12 years of related technology experience in systems architecture, technical solutions consulting, or program management. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Gemini Enterprise applied to enterprise-level business problems. Expertise in architecting AI-enabled, agent-based platforms and repeatable technical artifacts for sales enablement. Technical proficiency in advanced data science tools and languages (Python, R, MATLAB, etc.). Active contributor to technical communities or internal culture initiatives. As an AI Technical Immersive Learning Manager, you will be strategic program leader, driving the success of the Explore AI initiative, with a primary focus on scaling and delivering the newly launched Explore AI for Leaders program. As a program expert, you will act as the bridge between Google Cloud Sales, Product, and executive customer stakeholders in delivering Explore AI for Leaders workshops and other core Labs for Sales activities. You will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and delivering high‑touch, interactive AI experiences that showcase the transformative power of Google's AI portfolio (including Gemini Enterprise) to C‑suite audiences. You will facilitate the creation of playbooks, align cross‑functional teams around sales‑driven enablement goals, and ensure operational excellence as we scale these executive‑level experiences globally. Within Cloud Learning Services (CLS), the Immersive Learning Program is a critical growth engine designed to accelerate the business cycle through immersive technical experiences. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $174,000‑$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Oversee the high‑level design and architectural validation of complex solutions, ensuring they meet scalable standards without requiring deep‑level engineering. Apply expert domain knowledge to resolve high‑stakes technical escalations. Set the strategic vision for a portfolio of technical solutions and leverage deep platform expertise to identify product gaps and quantify their impact. Influence the long‑term product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for engineering and product management teams. Cultivate technical excellence by providing mentorship and guidance to cross‑functional work streams and multidisciplinary teams.
