Managing the technical workflows for full episodes and social video, the full-time remote Video Producer will create and edit high-quality video content for the award-winning show On with Kara Swisher, ensuring strong visual storytelling across various platforms. Key responsibilities Edit and produce longform and shortform video content tailored for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels Design and implement scalable visual elements, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet content performance goals and stay current on visual and social trends Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in digital video production, particularly for podcasts and social media Strong editing expertise in Adobe Premiere and motion design skills in After Effects or similar tools Experience managing freelancers or vendors, providing clear creative direction Excellent editorial instincts and news judgment Deep understanding of video platform ecosystems, including user engagement and performance drivers Virtual Vocations Inc
