Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr The AI Creative Video Producer sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and automation. You’ll craft and edit the prompts, workflows, and visual narratives that turn complex financial ideas into emotional, human-centered stories. You’re equal parts storyteller, creative technologist, and prompt strategist, someone who can turn a simple concept into a stunning AI-generated video that inspires action. Responsibilities Develop and manage Rate’s AI videos using platforms like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Pirsonal, or Veed.io to produce engaging, data-driven videos at scale. Write and refine AI prompts that align with Rate’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling goals. Collaborate with the internal teams to integrate personalized video into lifecycle and referral campaigns. Experiment with new AI tools (video, image, and text-to-motion) to push creative boundaries. Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for digital and social channels. Build and maintain a prompt library — ensuring repeatability, efficiency, and creative consistency. Analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve output based on audience performance data. Requirements 3+ years in video production, creative direction, or digital content creation — with at least 1+ year leveraging AI tools for creative output. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven creative workflows. Proficiency with tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Descript, Veed.io, or Pirsonal. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar). A portfolio or examples showcasing AI-assisted creative work (especially video). Excellent storytelling, writing, and collaboration skills. Curiosity and courage to experiment with emerging tech to tell better stories faster. Applications are accepted for the next 30 days.
