Stepdown Registered Nurse - Pelham, Alabama

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of one year experience in a Stepdown or similar intermediate care setting
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring, titration of drips, and advanced assessment skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and in good standing)
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities

Schedule:

• Flexible contract length based on facility needs
• Shifts and hours provided on request, with both day and night opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Stepdown patients, ensuring close monitoring for changes in condition
