Technical RecruiterFort Worth, Texas, United StatesPosition OverviewWe are partnering with a leading technology staffing and solutions organization that is expanding its Fort Worth, Texas team and seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its growing operation.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a performance-driven environment but also values autonomy, flexibility, and a mature, low-key team culture.The Fort Worth team supports clients across software, infrastructure, and government technology, providing recruiters with exposure to a variety of technical positions and hiring needs.The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, motivated by results, and enjoys the earning potential that comes with a performance-based recruiting environment.Responsibilities:Recruit technology professionals across software, infrastructure, and related technical disciplinesManage the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and placementsSource and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channelsDevelop a strong understanding of client requirements and translate those needs into effective candidate searchesConduct candidate interviews and evaluate technical experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and overall fitPresent qualified candidates to account executives and clientsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with candidatesMaintain an active recruiting pipeline for current and anticipated client needsWork closely with the sales/account management team to prioritize searches and deliver strong recruiting resultsTrack recruiting activity and performance against established goals and metricsDevelop market knowledge within assigned technology specialtiesContribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environmentRequirements:2–3+ years of recruiting experience preferredTechnical or IT recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting for software, infrastructure, engineering, government technology, or related IT positions is highly desirableMid- to senior-level recruiting experience is idealProven ability to source and engage passive candidatesComfortable working in a performance- and metrics-oriented environmentCompetitive and motivated by achieving resultsStrong interest in performance-based compensation and earning potentialCoachable and receptive to feedbackSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneouslyCulture & Work Environment:The Fort Worth team offers a laid-back, mature, low-key, and collaborative environment.
