Technical Recruiter

Location: Fort Worth / Clearfork, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3+ Years Preferred BASE Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Strong Commission Structure Position Overview We are partnering with a leading technology staffing and solutions organization that is expanding its Fort Worth, Texas team and seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its growing operation. The Fort Worth team supports clients across software, infrastructure, and government technology , providing recruiters with exposure to a variety of technical positions and hiring needs. Responsibilities: Recruit technology professionals across software, infrastructure, and related technical disciplines Manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and placements Source and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and translate those needs into effective candidate searches Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate technical experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and overall fit Present qualified candidates to account executives and clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates Maintain an active recruiting pipeline for current and anticipated client needs Work closely with the sales/account management team to prioritize searches and deliver strong recruiting results Track recruiting activity and performance against established goals and metrics Develop market knowledge within assigned technology specialties Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment Requirements: 2-3+ years of recruiting experience preferred Technical or IT recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting for software, infrastructure, engineering, government technology, or related IT positions is highly desirable Mid- to senior-level recruiting experience is ideal Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates Comfortable working in a performance- and metrics-oriented environment Competitive and motivated by achieving results Strong interest in performance-based compensation and earning potential Coachable and receptive to feedback Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously The Fort Worth team offers a laid-back, mature, low-key, and collaborative environment . The position offers a hybrid work schedule , with the amount of time in the office depending in part on experience level and business needs.
