Human Resources Generalist

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site) About Aurum Construction Aurum Construction is a fast-growing concrete subcontractor working across the US. As our crews and projects grow, we're building out our HR team to support the people who make our work possible. We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who wants to make a real impact at a company that is on the move. The Role As our HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to resource for employees in our Fort Worth office and in the field. You'll handle the full range of HR work, from onboarding new hires to keeping us compliant. What You'll Do Lead employee onboarding and help organize training and development programs Support employees on HR topics such as leave, compensation, and benefits, and resolve issues as they come up Promote HR programs that build an efficient, respectful, and conflict-free workplace Help develop and implement HR policies as the company scales Support performance management, including coordinating quarterly and annual performance reviews Track and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover to help guide decisions Maintain accurate employee files and records, both electronic and paper Boost employee satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly, rolling out new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations What You Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proven experience as an HR Generalist Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures Good working knowledge of employment and labor laws Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Strong problem-solving ability A team player with a results-driven approach Construction or field-based workforce experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
