Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job TitleThis job manages all facets of the planning/forecasting cycles for the Organization.The incumbent manages the completion of other ad-hoc financial planning activities and assist in the development and review of business cases for strategic initiatives. Train, coach and develop staff members.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
