Full Stack Software Engineer (AI & Analytics Platform)

We are partnered with a fast-growing, data-driven organization building a next-generation analytics platform used by business-critical teams to make high-impact decisions. This is an opportunity to join early in the platform journey, where you will have real ownership and influence over both product and engineering direction.

The Role

You will play a key role in designing and delivering a full stack application that powers advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. This is a highly hands-on position where you will take ownership from problem definition through to production deployment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand complex problems, design thoughtful solutions, and ship high-quality products quickly in an environment that values autonomy and speed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and own end-to-end application architecture, including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that surface complex analytics and machine learning outputs
• Make key architectural decisions that shape scalability, performance, and long-term platform direction
• Build and integrate AI-driven workflows and LLM-powered features into real-world applications
• Improve developer experience by optimizing build, testing, and deployment processes
• Partner directly with business users to iterate on solutions and deliver measurable impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping production systems independently
• Strong frontend capabilities, ideally with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript
• Backend expertise in Python, Node.js, or similar, with experience designing scalable APIs
• Experience building and integrating data-driven or ML-powered applications
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you define problems as well as solutions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Exposure to LLM integrations or AI-native product development
• Background in analytics-heavy or data-intensive domains
