Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Olio Apps is based in the Pacific Northwest, but we’re a fully remote team. Our projects run the gamut of web apps, native mobile apps, web service backends, experimental prototypes, with a growing focus on serverless infrastructure. What You’ll Do Ship! Make clients happy with autonomy and responsibility to ship your best work. Talk directly with customers, make decisions about the best way to proceed, and collaborate with the team. Work with all kinds of varied technologies, both exciting and boring. AWS services (S3, Lambda, Cognito, IAM, SSM, Serverless, SQS, EventBridge, VPC, CloudFormation) to build robust backend solutions. Comfort working independently, setting your own direction, and following through to measurable customer impact. Effective and proactive communicator with a strong growth mindset. High proficiency with TypeScript. Demonstrated experience with React.js on the web. Proficiency in modern web development technologies and techniques, including APIs, GraphQL, CSS frameworks (MUI, Tailwind), and testing. 3+ years of experience in active software development. A favorite AI assistant, whether that be Claude, Codex, Gemini, or others. Benefits & Logistics Full-time, fully remote role (U.S. based). 15 days paid time off (PTO) per calendar year.
