Key responsibilities include: Managing both inbound and outbound calls Working within an auto dial system Handling early stage collections Averaging 80 - 100 calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Schedule Training Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MT)

First week onsite and remote after Post-Training Monday - Saturday (5-day workweek) Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) Work Environment Hybrid model after training Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter Majority of work performed remotely from home Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching We're looking for individuals who are: Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
