YBA - VISTA Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities Develop infrastructure to recruit 60 new volunteers to serve as guest speakers, financial literacy workshop leaders, mock interviewers, field trip hosts, career day speakers, and more. Expand the capacity of the volunteer engagement process by creating systems, communicating with teacher partners, developing volunteer position descriptions, and creating communications templates. Streamline systems for recruiting, placement, and training; gather follow‑up feedback; provide thank‑you emails and social media posts for volunteers. Create a manual documenting the volunteer recruitment process, including communications materials, training slide shows, and other resources.
