Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Managing Director with placing top candidates in direct hire with our clients in retail, luxury goods, accessories, skincare, beauty, lifestyle and more! This is a hybrid role in office 4 days a week in Century City. Remote or out of state candidates will not be considered. Responsibilities What you will be doing: Supporting a small team with their day-to-day sales and recruitment efforts. Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for freelance roles with our clients. Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database. Overseeing candidate paperwork completion and onboarding process. Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates. Conducting thorough reference checks and tracking background check requests. Serving as a point of contact for our candidates while on assignments. Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as an Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in fashion, HR or administrative experience a plus. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and resourceful with a "no task is too big or too small" approach. Positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office; especially Outlook and Excel.
