What We Offer
$40,000–$60,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

What You’ll Do
Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV systems — electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC

Install and service appliances, roofs, awnings, siding, windows, and interior components

Perform pre-delivery inspections and install customer accessories

Troubleshoot using manuals, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer resources

Maintain high safety and quality standards on every job

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of RV dealership experience required

RVIA certification preferred , but not required

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or rooftops

Dependable, energetic, and professional attitude

Excellent communication and teamwork

Bonus Skills
Experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing trades is a big plus.
