• ARRT (Radiography) – required
• ✔ Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
• ✔ Kentucky state registration
• ✔ BLS
• ✔ ACLS
• ✔ Basic arrhythmia competency

Strong candidates typically have:

• 1+ year invasive vascular / cath lab / IR experience
• Exposure to:
  • STEMI / emergent caths
  • Hemodynamic monitoring
  • Scrub + circulator support roles
