Center Billing Specialist

Job Description Purpose of Position: The QA Biller supports the Quality Assurance team by coordinating documentation and billing processes at the center level. This includes gathering service notes, entering billing into the EHR, conducting first-level paperwork reviews, assisting with edits, and helping staff stay compliant with billing and documentation requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring that services are billed accurately and in a timely manner, and that center paperwork is organized and complete. Essential Functions: Collects documentation from center staff and inputs billing into the EHR system. Reviews service notes and related paperwork for completeness and compliance before approval. Assists with correcting and editing documentation in collaboration with center staff. Helps coordinate the flow and organization of paperwork at the assigned center. Completes monthly billing summaries (“monthlies”) for the center they are stationed at. Supports other Quality Assurance initiatives and projects as assigned. Provides assistance to staff with documentation-related questions. Maintains accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and EHR tools.
