Director of Plant Operations WESLEY PLACE ON HONEYSUCKLE

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Director of Plant Operations
OUR MISSION

Responsibilities: · Oversee building maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
· Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations
· Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
· Supervise maintenance and EVS, (laundry, housekeeping and floor techs).
· Coordinate vendor services and emergency
Qualification: · Experience in healthcare, long-term care or facility maintenance preferred
· Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, and CMS regulations
· Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
· Manage multiple priorities
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
