Part-Time Telemarketer / Sales Representative
Grit PPO is a leading outsourced call center and BPO provider specializing in customer support and sales services for pest control, tree/lawn, and wildlife management businesses. As a Part-Time Telemarketer / Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our clients' customer base through effective outbound calling and persuasive sales techniques. In this position, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, engaging prospective customers and converting leads into sales. Your efforts will directly impact our clients' success and contribute to the high-quality service that Grit PPO is known for. Key responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to qualify leads and solidify sales
- Pitch services and products, handle objections, and close sales
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets
- Log calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
