You will bridge the gap between hospitality and healthcare running the front of house, curating the luxury client experience, and driving clinic growth through membership and package sales. You'll work alongside an elite team of Registered Nurses in a beautiful, low-stress, wellness-focused environment. Why Join Us? What You'll Do Own the Vibe: Welcome clients with a warm, high-end hospitality approach. Manage the seamless check-in, check-out, and booking flows using our digital EMR system. Drive Wellness Growth: Actively educate clients on our drip menus, pitch customizable packages, and enroll clients into our monthly health memberships. Support the Clinical Team: Keep the front lobby pristine, assist nurses with hospitality elements (offering premium water/tea to lounging clients), and manage daily admin tasks/inventory. Build Relationships: Follow up with past clients via phone/text to secure re-bookings and cultivate a tight-knit community of local regulars. Who You Are The Hospitality Aura: You have 13 years of experience in a high-end med-spa, boutique fitness studio, luxury retail, or premium hospitality/restaurant environment. A Natural Closer: You don't shy away from sales. You genuinely enjoy connecting people with products that improve their lives, and you love hitting targets. A Detail-Oriented Multitasker: You can gracefully handle a ringing phone, an arriving client, and a retail checkout simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
