Account Associate – Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time

Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable and organized Account Associate to provide administrative support and help keep our office running smoothly. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build professional experience in a welcoming office environment. No insurance experience or licensing is required, and training will be provided. Schedule and Compensation Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Family-friendly daytime hours available, such as 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Specific schedule can be discussed based on availability and office needs $12.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member Enter and update information accurately within office systems Organize documents, records, and customer information Help schedule appointments and complete routine follow-up Provide additional support to the agent and team as needed What We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Clear and professional communication skills Able to manage responsibilities independently and work as part of a team Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required Why Join Our Team?
