Occupational Therapist – Gretna, VA | Day Shift

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, goal-oriented care in a supportive rehab setting in Gretna, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about patient-centered treatment and collaborative care.

Position Overview:

Location: Gretna, VA
Shift: Day shift
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Productivity Requirement: 85%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential for extension)
EMR System: Common rehab EMR platform

Qualifications:

Active Virginia Occupational Therapy license
Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
